These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WordRune ("the App", "we", "our") on iOS and Android. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use WordRune. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
WordRune grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the App (Apple App Store or Google Play).
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

WordRune Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features:
Subscription pricing is displayed in the App in your local currency before purchase. The current pricing tier is Monthly, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price for the same duration unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Eligible users receive a 7-day free trial. The free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you retain access to Pro features until the trial period ends, after which your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged.
Refunds for subscription payments are handled by the respective platform:
If you reinstall the App or sign in on a new device, you can restore your active subscription by tapping the "Restore Purchases" button on the WordRune Pro screen.
The free version of WordRune displays advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of advertisements within the App. WordRune Pro subscribers do not see advertisements. For details on advertising data, please see our Privacy Policy.
WordRune and its content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, video, software, vocabulary databases, and study materials) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
If you create custom word lists or other content within the App, you retain ownership of that content. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from within the App (see our Account Deletion page). Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Use of the App is at your sole risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WORDRUNE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or the equivalent of one month's subscription, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), iOS ve Android'de WordRune ("Uygulama", "biz") uygulamasına erişiminizi ve kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
WordRune'u kullanabilmek için en az 13 yaşında (veya yargı bölgenizin gerektirdiği minimum yaş) olmanız gerekir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu yaş gereksinimini karşıladığınızı ve bu Koşulları kabul edebilecek hukuki kapasiteye sahip olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz.
WordRune size, bu Koşullara ve Uygulamayı edindiğiniz platformun (Apple App Store veya Google Play) kurallarına uygun olarak, kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla Uygulamayı kurmak ve kullanmak için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verir.
Bazı özelliklere erişmek için geçerli bir e-posta adresi ile hesap oluşturmanız gerekir. Kimlik bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumak ve hesabınız altındaki tüm faaliyetlerden sorumlusunuz. Yetkisiz kullanım durumunda derhal bizi bilgilendirin.

Abonelik fiyatı, satın alma öncesinde Uygulama içinde yerel para biriminizde gösterilir. Mevcut fiyat planı Aylık, yeni aboneler için 7 gün ücretsiz deneme ile sunulur.
Abonelikler, mevcut faturalama döneminin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde, aynı süre için aynı fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir. Mevcut dönemin bitiminden 24 saat önce hesabınızdan yenileme bedeli tahsil edilir.
Uygun kullanıcılar 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme alır. Deneme süresi sona ermeden iptal edilmediği takdirde ücretli aboneliğe dönüşür. Deneme sırasında iptal ederseniz, deneme süresi sonuna kadar Pro özelliklerine erişiminiz devam eder; ardından aboneliğiniz yenilenmez ve sizden ücret alınmaz.

Uygulamayı yeniden kurarsanız veya yeni bir cihazda oturum açarsanız, WordRune Pro ekranındaki "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" butonuna dokunarak aktif aboneliğinizi geri yükleyebilirsiniz.
WordRune'un ücretsiz sürümü Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. Ücretsiz sürümü kullanarak Uygulama içinde reklam gösterilmesine onay vermiş olursunuz. WordRune Pro aboneleri reklam görmez. Reklam verileri hakkında detaylar için Gizlilik Politikamıza bakın.
WordRune ve içeriği (metin, grafik, logo, ses, video, yazılım, kelime veritabanları ve çalışma materyalleri dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere) bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir ve telif hakkı, ticari marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasaları ile korunmaktadır. Önceden yazılı iznimiz olmaksızın kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz veya türev çalışmalar oluşturamazsınız.
Uygulama içinde özel kelime listeleri veya başka içerik oluşturursanız, bu içeriğin sahibi sizsinizdir. Uygulamayı kullanarak, içeriğinizi yalnızca size hizmet sunmak amacıyla barındırmamız, depolamamız ve görüntülememiz için münhasır olmayan, telifsiz bir lisans vermiş olursunuz.
Bu Koşulların ihlali veya başka herhangi bir nedenle, bildirimli veya bildirimsiz olarak Uygulamaya erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Uygulama içinden hesabınızı silerek istediğiniz zaman hesabınızı sonlandırabilirsiniz (Hesap Silme sayfamıza bakın). Hesabınızın sonlandırılması, kullanılmayan abonelik dönemi için iade hakkı doğurmaz.
UYGULAMA "OLDUĞU GİBİ" VE "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKİLDE" SUNULUR; AÇIK VEYA ZIMNİ HİÇBİR GARANTİ VERİLMEZ. UYGULAMANIN KESİNTİSİZ, HATASIZ ÇALIŞACAĞINI VEYA KUSURLARIN GİDERİLECEĞİNİ GARANTİ ETMEYİZ. Uygulamanın kullanımı tamamen kendi sorumluluğunuzdadır.
YÜRÜRLÜKTEKİ YASALARIN İZİN VERDİĞİ AZAMİ ÖLÇÜDE, HİÇBİR DURUMDA WORDRUNE; UYGULAMANIN KULLANIMINIZDAN KAYNAKLANAN HERHANGİ BİR DOLAYLI, ARIZİ, ÖZEL, SONUÇ NİTELİĞİNDE VEYA CEZAİ ZARARDAN VEYA HERHANGİ BİR KAR YA DA GELİR KAYBINDAN SORUMLU OLMAYACAKTIR. Bu Koşullardan veya Uygulamadan kaynaklanan herhangi bir talep için toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ay içinde bize ödediğiniz tutarı veya bir aylık abonelik bedelini (hangisi büyükse) aşmayacaktır.
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Üst kısımdaki "Son Güncelleme" tarihi en son sürümü yansıtır. Önemli değişiklikler Uygulama içinden veya e-posta ile bildirilir. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı ilkeleri dikkate alınmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Tüm uyuşmazlıklar İstanbul, Türkiye yetkili mahkemelerinde çözülecektir; ancak yargı bölgenizin emredici tüketici koruma yasaları aksini öngörüyorsa bu hüküm uygulanmaz.
